  15. What does this do then?
  16.  
  17.   Well ICR converts all cached web sites from Ibrowse into normal viewable
  18. pages by restoring file names and directorys.
  19.  
  20.   ICR has totaly been re-writen and now has many new features. You can now
  21. supply ICR with a pattern for restoring pages. ICR can also be made to scan
  22. the cache directory of pages that IBrowse has not stored in its globalcache
  23. and for when IBrowse has not been quit, Say after a crash.
